Rob Angerman, General Manager
Having spent the largest portion of his life in the Northwest, Rob has a respect for the people, culture, and community that he serves and lives in. He has a BA in Theology and has a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Ministries. With a diversified background in business and spiritual care for the past 28 years, Rob brings experience and training to serving as the General Manager of Auburn Crest Hospice.
The traditional value of Hospice is to see each person served as a unique individual with particular needs, diversified historical experiences, and distinctive understandings as they relate to sickness and end of life issues. Rob’s desire as General Manager is to lead a team of competent and qualified professionals to serve in the most meaningful and helpful ways possible. He believes the greatest asset of Auburn Crest Hospice is the individuals who make up the care team. Rob feels honored to be a part of such a talented group of professional care givers who are dedicated and compassionate.
Carl J. Eaton II, Director of Marketing
Born in Farmington, New Mexico, Carl attended Ricks College, in Rexburg, Idaho. This would introduce him to our great state which would eventually become his permanent residence. His professional career began in the Real Estate industry and at the age of 21, he became the youngest Real Estate Broker in New Mexico. He pursued many business ventures in the western United States and in 1990 finally moved to southern Idaho.
His latest venture in North Idaho was with Comcast Spotlight where he was a nationally recognized Account Executive and member of the prestigious Presidents Club. He joined the Auburn Crest Hospice team in June of 2010. He married Wendy Hough, of Coeur d Alene, in 2001 and is the proud father of 5 daughters and 12 Grandchildren. He is involved with the youth of north Idaho and serves as the Vice Chairman of the Old Mission District, Boy Scouts of America.
Kimberly S. Lee LMSW, Director of Social Services
Kim is a master’s level social worker. She completed her undergraduate work at Lewis Clark State College where she graduated summa cum laude and was offered publication of her research in the LCSC Research Journal. Kim then graduated from the Advanced Standing Social Work Program at Boise State University’s Coeur d’Alene campus and became a Mental Health Clinician and Wraparound Specialist. As such, Kim worked extensively with families in developing personalized teams of natural and professional supports to help them overcome challenges and prevent their children from being institutionalized. Kim is a certified trainer for Respite Care providers and has helped increase the number of respite providers in North Idaho. Kim is currently the Director of Social Services at Auburn Crest Hospice, providing supportive services to patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families. Kim lives in Hayden Lake, has two children and, aside from studying to become a successful marine aquarist, her hobbies include photography and gardening.
